IACT Achieves ISO 9001 Quality Certification

Computer Training experts, IACT, have been accredited the coveted International Quality Standard (ISO9001:2000) for its provision of high quality Computer Training services to Business and Public Sector clients across Ireland.

ISO 9001:2000 is an international standard that outlines requirements for an organization’s Quality Management System (“QMS”). It indicates that a supplier has established a systematic approach to quality management.

Shane Broadberry, Director of IACT is delighted with the achievement. “This international standard confirms our position as the foremost Computer Training service provider in Ireland. It is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team; all of whom are dedicated to ensuring quality and customer satisfaction as an integral part of our day-today operations.

IACT have recently expanded their operations at its Fitzwilliam Street IT Training centre adding three new state of the art training labs and a dedicated Apple MAC training facility. Achieving the ISO 9001 certification is an important achievement and will help ensure the high quality of our Computer Training services.

The ISO 9001 accreditation comes on the back of other recent innovations, such as:

  • First industry certified courses on Microsoft Office 2010
  • Video presentations of courses on its website
  • Interactive free call service and help desk

IACT will shortly launch its live online interactive e-Learning courses streamed directly to offices or homes throughout Ireland and the UK.
