Overview

This course teaches the powerful Outlookproduct. Outlook in addition to being an excellent mail client with typical features for sending and retrieving e-mail messages it is also a powerful contact management and resource scheduling tool.

This course teaches attendees how to harness Outlook in a workgroup environment and how to take advantage of the features it supports for scheduling and assigning resources.

You’ll also learn about Outlooks contact management tools and how to integrate Outlook with the rest of the Office suite as well as everything needed for the Outlook MOS examination.
