New Apple MAC Training Labs
22nd May 2007
IACT - International Academy of Computer Training, today announced the formal launch of 3 new state of the art computer labs at its expanded St. Stephen’s Green offices.
The huge demand for IACT’s IT Training courses has led to this expansion – and these extra facilities allow IACT to offer more classroom dates for our most popular courses whilst providing the very best training environment for our clients. In addition to the mainly PC based training courses that IACT offer – the addition of a dedicated Apple MAC lab provides IACT with the ability to provide bespoke courses on Apple’s excellent OS X platform.
Apple are playing an increasing role in business computing today especially with their excellent support for Video and Sound production facilities and there is a strong desire to incorporate rich media into corporate websites. DTP applications such as Quark and Adobe PhotoShop are also still most widely used on Apple MAC platforms and training in this environment provides the best user experience.
IACT are partnered with Microsoft, CompTIA, Corel, Quark and The ECDL Foundation to ensure that they provide the widest range of certification options possible & provide tangible credentials to accelerate careers and improve efficiency and productivity in the workplace. Shane Broadberry, Technical Director at IACT says “We are delighted with our extra training facilities and look forward to showing our clients around our state of the art training labs. The addition of Apple MAC facilities will help us add greatly to our portfolio of courses as well helping IACT stay at the cutting edge of certified IT training services.”
